Who is Ganiu?
(FLASHBACK)
‘Congratulations Alhaji, It is a boy. At last. E kú ewu omo sir’ the nurse announced to the latest father of a son after 8 trials. Mr. Abdullah has been expecting a boy child but they couldn’t get it until now despite having a twin during their 7th trial.
He and his wife have planned to have just three children but because of a boy child, they compromised.
Ganiu entered into the hands of Mr. and Mrs. Abdullah as the last born and the only male in the family of11.
The very first word Ganiu could pronounce well was ‘Allah’. The first set of school and teachers Ganiu has was his parents and Alfa.
Ganiu is now 22years old. Guess what?

Ganiu graduated from the mosque before he finished his secondary education. He believed his parent and so he believed whatever he was taught. Or what else do you think he should believe?
Here is my point
How do you think you can talk Ganiu into another religion after he has experienced 22years of his life trusting, experiencing, and preaching the God he believed in?

The World is full of thousands of humans with different ethnicities and cultures that stretch back into pre-history, and over the years countless religions had rise to prominence in which CHRISTIANITY and ISLAM are seen as the two core ones. Whether youre a Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Catholic, Buddhist, Traditionalist, or one of a million other faiths, World Religion Day is your chance to share your culture with others and take an opportunity to learn from others about theirs.

History of Religion Day

The focus of this holiday is to spread awareness and knowledge of the thousands of religions practiced in the world today, and a sharing of tolerance and understanding between people of all faiths.
Celebrating Religion Day
Religion Day is about learning about the religions that shape the world around you and becoming aware of how important they are. a day to appreciate and celebrate religion forgetting about the differences. Take some time to speak to others about your religion, share openly, and learn about what those around you believe but remember as you do so that Religion Day is not about discrimination or forceful conversion, speak to another with an open heart and open mind, and share what your religion has to say. Take the time to listen to them talk about theirs from a place of understanding and love. Religion Day is your opportunity to unlearn and relearn.

Sincerely speaking is not easy to Change ones perspective about religion, but from my own perspective as a Christian, I believe in the Holy Spirit, he is the only one that can convince a man, so as a believer we preach and allow God to take control.
2.Also a growing up child I believe in my religion because my parents do, as I grow up. ,it wasn’t because my parents believe alone, it was because I personally was convinced by God himself
